PG&E Senior Advocate Outreach
 
Broadband service programs from PG&E target low income communities and hard-to-reach customers in areas with high bills and limited resources. The program focuses on the most impacted communities and informs, educates, and increases awareness about low income programs, products, services, and solutions such as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA), California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE), Budget Billing and the Medical Baseline Program.
