NDC partners with its member, National Asian American Coalition on its Small Business Technical Assistance and Supplier Diversity Program that has gained incredible traction in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Technical Assistance workshops in partnership with local minority chambers of commerce and inner-city small business organizations provide small business development, training, and building business infrastructure to prepare businesses for business matchmaking & access to contracts. We work with these business owners in their growth development to include access to capital opportunities. Through 2020, over 13 virtual workshops were conducted to help over 500 combined businesses in navigating the CARES Act Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) offerings, understanding business loan deferrals And forbearance programs, and marketing solutions for recovery from Covid-19 economic disruptions.
