Internal Anti-Discrimination Policy
The National Diversity Coalition strictly prohibit the discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color sex, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, language proficiency, ancestry, socio-economic status, pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or any other characteristics.

Title VI of Civil Rights Act.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance. The U.S. Department of the Treasury implements Title VI through regulations set forth in 31 C.F.R., Part 22 and conducts investigations of civil rights complaints filed against recipients of financial assistance under any of its programs, and conducts pre- and post-award compliance reviews. Treasury can defer action on an application for federal financial assistance, issue a cautionary letter, or deny funding for applicants who are not in compliance with Title VI and other relevant civil rights laws.
Compliant Mechanism and Process
If a person believes s/he has been subjected to discrimination by NDC or its staff on the grounds of the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, marital status, receipt of income from public assistance, religion, or sex in pursuant to any product or services offered by the organization; and/or reprisal because of membership in a protected group then s/he may file a complaint with: Director, Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave, N.W., Washington, DC 20220 or crcomplaints@treasury.gov.
