Karen is Founder and Managing Partner of Pikes Peak Capital, a mission-forward real estate investment company. Pikes Peak Capital has been serving the 'missing middle' population nationally through its work helping working class households acquire single family residential homes since 2017. The company buys and sells 200+ properties/year. She is also the Founder and President of Thousand Keys, a Denver-based company focused on countering the housing crisis by connecting deserving buyers to overlooked, single-family homes and affordable owner-financed loans.
