Dennis Santiago
|
Dennis Santiago holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the National Diversity Coalition. He is in charge of running the group day-to-day. Mr. Santiago contributes his extensive knowledge and experience in C-Suite management, technological skills, and policy understanding to support NDC's business operations and advocacy endeavors. Dennis is the Senior Managing Director for Risk, Compliance, and Analytics of Total Bank Solutions LLC, a brokerage and bank payer of insured brokered deposits. Lord Whalen LLC dba Institutional Risk Analytics, where Mr. Santiago founded the Bank Monitor safety and soundness analytics system, produced “Shadow CAMELS” ratings used by the SEC and adopted by Ohio to manage its pooled collateral risk program.
His community involvement began in 1992. He worked with Rebuild LA after the 1992 Los Angeles uprising. Dennis contributed to community policing development in the mid-1990s with the LAPD and LASO. Since 1995, he has volunteered as a community coordinator and rangemaster in Manhattan Beach. In 2011, Dennis assisted the City of Los Angeles in creating a Responsible Banking Ordinance.

A pioneering 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building greater capacity in emerging and existing Latino leaders. Transforming the church, community, and campus through education, leadership, and research.
